User Activity

This report is intended for use by Publishers and is available from SDK version 2.1 and higher.

The User Activity report provides publishers the ability to see the real and accurate number of DAUs for their app using a defined set of dimensions.

To explore user activity, you must split or filter by App ID or App Name.

User Activity Dimensions

Set out below are the groups and the dimensions contained within them, relevant to the User Activity report.

Group Name Dimension Description
Date/Time - The date and time of the report
Device Advertising ID Availability Availability of Advertising ID (IDFA for iOS or AAID for Android) in the ad request.
Device OS The operating system of the phone/device.
Inventory App ID The DT unique identifier for the app.
App Name The name of the app as written in the app settings.
App Version The version of the app.
Coppa App compliance with coppa.
Location Country The country from which the ad request was received.

User Activity Metrics

Metrics appear in the left pane under the dimensions.

Set out below are the metrics relevant to the User Activity Report.

Group Name Metric Description
Engagement Active Users The number of unique users that used the app at least one time in the selected timeframe.
Banner Engagement Rate The rate at which users watched at least one Banner ad in the selected timeframe. The calculation is the number of unique users who watched a Banner ad divided by Active users.
Banner Frequency The number of Banner impressions per user.
Engagement Rate The rate at which users watched an ad in the app. The calculation is Engaged Users divided by Active Users.
Frequency The number of impressions per user.
Impressions The number of times an ad was shown to a user. When the ad comes from a waterfall mediated network, the impressions are retrieved via the mediated network's reporting API and is subject to change.
Interstitial Engagement Rate The rate at which users watched at least one Interstitial ad in the selected timeframe. The calculation is the number of unique users who watched an Interstitial ad divided by Active Users.
Interstitial Frequency The number of Interstitial impressions per user.
Rewarded Engagement Rate The rate at which users watched at least one Rewarded ad in the selected timeframe. The calculation is the number of unique users who watched a Rewarded ad divided by Active Users.
Rewarded Frequency The number of Rewarded impressions per user.
Revenue Avg. Rev. per Active User Average Revenue per Active User. The calculation is Publisher Revenue divided by Active Users.
Banner Avg. Rev. per Active User Average revenue generated per Active User who watched a Banner ad in the selected timeframe. The calculation is Banner Publisher Revenue divided by Active Users.
Interstitial Avg. Rev. per Active User Average revenue generated per Active User who watched an Interstitial ad in the selected timeframe. The calculation is Interstitial Publisher Revenue divided by Active Users.
Publisher Revenue The total revenue generated from ads. When the ad comes from a waterfall mediated network, the revenue is retrieved via the mediated network's reporting API and is subject to change.
Rewarded Avg. Rev. per Active User Average revenue generated per Active User who watched a Rewarded ad in the selected timeframe. The calculation is Rewarded Publisher Revenue divided by Active Users.
